Responsibilities
- Act as the communication bridge between clients, sales representatives, and the operations team
- Manage and organize email correspondence
- Handle customer inquiries and email communications
- Submit orders and support wholesale sales administration
- Assist with coordination related to manufacturing and accounting processes
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using HubSpot
- Experience using Asana
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of customer communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Shopify and Printavo
- Experience in the apparel industry or related business support
- Proficiency with ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Ability to handle phone-based communication effectively
