Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the communication bridge between clients, sales representatives, and the operations team
  • Manage and organize email correspondence
  • Handle customer inquiries and email communications
  • Submit orders and support wholesale sales administration
  • Assist with coordination related to manufacturing and accounting processes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using HubSpot
  • Experience using Asana
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of customer communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Shopify and Printavo
  • Experience in the apparel industry or related business support
  • Proficiency with ChatGPT and other AI tools
  • Ability to handle phone-based communication effectively
