Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Principals and Senior Executive Assistant across business and personal tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders
  • Conduct research, make calls, handle follow-ups, and track action items
  • Draft and manage written communications; maintain clear message threads and deadlines
  • Maintain meticulous task tracking using digital tools to ensure completion
  • Attend in-person assignments and handle hands-on errands across Dubai (DMCC and external locations)
  • Remain highly available and responsive, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Uphold strict confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Self-disciplined and able to execute independently
  • Extremely responsive and reachable by phone throughout the day
  • Flexible with shifting priorities and urgent deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and execution standards
  • Proactive ownership mindset; comfortable beyond standard hours
  • Comfortable with both administrative and on-ground tasks
  • Based in Dubai with readiness for short-notice in-person tasks
  • Willing to participate in paid trial days as part of hiring

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HNWI or senior executives
  • Familiarity with single family office or investment environments
  • Strong written communication and task management tool proficiency
  • Knowledge of Dubai geography and on-ground coordination

Benefits

  • Monthly compensation: AED 15,000–21,000
  • Performance bonus up to 40% of annual base salary (KPI-based)
  • Annual salary increase: 10%

  • Annual leave: 30 calendar days plus round-trip economy flight to home country
