Job Description

Description Polygon Labs develops Ethereum scaling solutions for Polygon protocols, engaging with ecosystem developers to provide scalable, affordable, secure, and sustainable blockchain infrastructure for Web3. The role of Executive Assistant involves supporting a Cofounder/Executive, requiring strong calendaring, prioritization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.

Responsibilities

  • Support a lead Cofounder/Executive of Polygon Labs
  • Perform administrative tasks, manage calendars, book travel, and assist with events
  • Schedule and attend meetings, taking clear notes and tracking action items
  • Manage and submit expense reports
  • Operate cross-functionally and mentor/train junior admins

What you need to succeed

  • 3-5 years of direct executive support
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with Notion and G-Suite
