Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbox triage, calendar scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up
  • Support administrative tasks for webinars, launches, and client onboarding
  • Track action items and coordinate with various contractors
  • Maintain accurate client records, notes, and deliverable handoffs
  • Provide high-level executive support to buy back founder time and attention

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a founder, coach, consultant, or agency owner
  • Proven experience managing inbox triage for executives with high meeting volumes
  • Proficiency in at least three of the following: Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, Slack, ClickUp/Asana, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Kajabi
  • Experience managing webinar/event launches or high-volume client follow-up tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional home office setup with reliable internet
  • Ability to undergo necessary training assessments during the recruitment process
