Responsibilities
- Manage inbox triage, calendar scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Support administrative tasks for webinars, launches, and client onboarding
- Track action items and coordinate with various contractors
- Maintain accurate client records, notes, and deliverable handoffs
- Provide high-level executive support to buy back founder time and attention
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting a founder, coach, consultant, or agency owner
- Proven experience managing inbox triage for executives with high meeting volumes
- Proficiency in at least three of the following: Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, Slack, ClickUp/Asana, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Kajabi
- Experience managing webinar/event launches or high-volume client follow-up tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional home office setup with reliable internet
- Ability to undergo necessary training assessments during the recruitment process
