Job description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex, fast-changing calendars to protect leadership time and ensure strategic priorities are met
  • Coordinate intricate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting packs, and follow-up actions for senior leadership
  • Screen and manage incoming communications, ensuring urgent matters receive prompt attention
  • Act as a primary point of contact for senior government officials, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Draft, proofread, and format high-quality correspondence, presentations, and business documents
  • Support the Associate Partner with ad hoc operational tasks, expense coordination, and project-related activities

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience supporting senior executives, partners, or C-suite leaders in consulting or professional services
  • Full fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and international travel logistics
  • Professional qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-pressure consulting or government environment
  • Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
