Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CEO's principal strategic partner for staff, programs, and mission execution
• Build and professionalize organizational infrastructure and internal systems
• Translate strategic plans into annual and quarterly execution plans with measurable KPIs
• Lead US-based fundraising strategy and cultivate relationships with major donors and foundations
• Ensure full regulatory compliance as a US-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit
• Oversee the management and delivery of complex international programs and partner grants
• Manage and develop a high-performance team culture

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in US nonprofit, international development, or philanthropy
• Proven track record of building and scaling organizational systems
• Demonstrated success in major gift fundraising and donor cultivation
• Fluency in US nonprofit compliance, governance, and financial management
• Experience managing large-scale international programs across multiple geographies
• Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally
