Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead front-end revenue cycle operations including registration, scheduling, eligibility, and financial clearance
  • Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost analysis models to ensure fiscal accountability
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and cash projections
  • Oversee access center and call center strategy, structure, and performance
  • Design and implement scheduling models and template optimization to improve access to care
  • Lead Epic implementation projects related to Patient Access and Revenue Cycle workflows
  • Apply Lean and process improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Lead organizational change management efforts across clinical and administrative teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in revenue cycle, patient access, or ambulatory operations
  • Strong Epic or similar EMR implementation and optimization experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing healthcare call centers or access centers
  • Proven track record in budget management and financial oversight

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline)
  • Experience leading multi-site or enterprise-level healthcare operations
