Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle executive search for Senior Sales Executive roles in the US market
  • Execute executive-level searches across the business as they arise
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business model to create compelling pitches for passive candidates
  • Build and maintain a warm network of Senior Sales and GTM talent in the US technology services space
  • Design and execute multi-touch, personalized outreach strategies for senior candidates
  • Run structured assessment processes and provide evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers
  • Manage candidate experience to reinforce the company's premium brand reputation
  • Track and report on search progress, pipeline health, and market intelligence

Requirements

  • Proven track record running senior or executive-level searches independently
  • Experience in Sales, GTM, or commercial leadership recruitment within the US technology or professional services market
  • Deep familiarity with the US Sales talent market
  • Ability to manage the full search process including sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • High degree of self-sufficiency and accountability
  • Strong written English skills
  • Must have European residence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in boutique executive search, high-end IT services, or consulting-model recruiting
  • Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates through long-cycle relationship building
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and outreach tools
