Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute research and sourcing strategies for executive searches using LinkedIn, professional networks, and Boolean search techniques
• Identify and build pipelines of qualified executive candidates
• Conduct outreach to prospective candidates and convert them into active candidates
• Screen candidates against established criteria and assess experience, accomplishments, and career goals
• Prepare candidates for interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the search process
• Coordinate client interviews and candidate logistics
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (healthcare-related field preferred)
• Minimum of five years of experience in retained executive search or healthcare recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
• Strong Internet research and Boolean search skills
• Experience using recruiting databases and research tools such as ZoomInfo
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Human Resource Management, or another relevant discipline
