Executive Search Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Executive Search strategy for C-level and niche expert roles
• Create internal standards, frameworks, and methodologies for leadership hiring
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of high-potential leadership candidates
• Hire, coach, and lead a team of Executive Search recruiters
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Founder and C-level executives
• Design and implement end-to-end Executive Search processes and automation
• Deliver regular executive-level reporting and market insights

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Executive Search, including C-level roles
• Proven experience in international Executive Search
• 2-3 years of experience in team leadership and recruiter development
• Expertise in market mapping and talent intelligence
• Experience building and implementing recruitment processes and technologies
• Proficiency in data-driven metrics and analytics
• English (B2+) and Russian (C1+) fluency
