Expense Advisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery meetings to identify operational challenges and expense reduction opportunities
• Lead customer presentations including cost-saving analyses and strategic recommendations
• Guide prospects through the sales process from engagement to contract execution
• Build trusted relationships with executive leadership, finance teams, and operational stakeholders
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate realized savings
• Represent the company at regional and national trade shows and conferences
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate customer analyses
• Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline activity within Salesforce

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Healthcare, Senior Living, GPOs, Procurement, or Consultative B2B Sales
• Proven ability to build relationships with executive-level decision makers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Ability to understand and communicate financial analyses and business value
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with post-acute care providers, senior living operators, or hospitals
• Experience presenting ROI or financial savings analyses
• Knowledge of purchasing contracts or healthcare procurement
