Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end experience design on strategic digital transformation projects across Web, Mobile and connected experiences.
  • Translate insights into strategy, IA, customer journeys, user flows and interactive prototypes that meet clear business objectives.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops and stakeholder sessions to align product, data and engineering teams.
  • Plan and run user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and convert findings into validated design outcomes.
  • Champion inclusive design and accessibility (WCAG) across solutions, embedding A11y best practices into delivery.
  • Define and govern design systems and DesignOps practices to ensure component quality and scalability.
  • Mentor and coach mid/junior designers while also contributing hands-on design and prototyping work.
  • Support pitches and client workshops; represent the design discipline in cross-functional programs.
  • Localise designs for MENA markets and guide culturally appropriate content and interaction patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise CMS and marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe, Sitecore).
  • Familiarity with data reporting and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Practical use of XD research tools (Maze, UserTesting) and AI design tooling.
  • Motion and interaction design experience for rich, accessible interfaces.
  • DesignOps governance experience and component quality assurance.
  • Prior work on large-scale, cross-cultural localisation projects.
