Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially minded advice on crypto, blockchain, and related regulatory matters
• Advise on digital asset regulation, securities and commodities laws, money transmission, and payments
• Support clients on token-related matters, compliance, and commercial agreements
• Provide product counseling and support financings or corporate transactions as client matters evolve

Requirements

• Active member of at least one U.S. state bar
• Meaningful experience advising crypto, blockchain, fintech, or digital asset companies
• Strong regulatory knowledge and sound business judgment
• Ability to work independently with founders and senior executives
