Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insight, salary benchmarking, and talent strategy advice.
  • Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from job brief to offer—ensuring a smooth, professional experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Support clients and candidates during the offer and negotiation stages.
  • Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure alignment with GDPR, employment law, and company standards.
  • Remain up to date on industry trends and share insights to support clients' needs.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team culture by living company values of care, ambition, and humility.

Requirements

  • 360 recruitment experience in tech, digital, or change spaces
  • Business development and client management track record
  • Talent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, personal network)
  • Full recruitment lifecycle management
  • Negotiation and offer management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Team-first and proactive approach to targets
  • Organisational skills, able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Bullhorn a plus); knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices
  • Commitment to company standards: support each other, treat others with respect, prioritize teams and overall business
