Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insight, salary benchmarking, and talent strategy advice.
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from job brief to offer—ensuring a smooth, professional experience for both clients and candidates.
- Support clients and candidates during the offer and negotiation stages.
- Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure alignment with GDPR, employment law, and company standards.
- Remain up to date on industry trends and share insights to support clients' needs.
- Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team culture by living company values of care, ambition, and humility.
Requirements
- 360 recruitment experience in tech, digital, or change spaces
- Business development and client management track record
- Talent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, personal network)
- Full recruitment lifecycle management
- Negotiation and offer management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Team-first and proactive approach to targets
- Organisational skills, able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Bullhorn a plus); knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices
- Commitment to company standards: support each other, treat others with respect, prioritize teams and overall business
