Job description

Responsibilities

  • Acquire high-quality instructors by building and managing a targeted pipeline of operators, founders, and creators
  • Source, pitch, and close new instructors, owning the full funnel from outreach to cohort start date
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with instructors through strategic guidance and clear communication
  • Partner with instructors to refine course positioning, landing pages, and launch preparation
  • Use data to prioritize segments and provide insights to product and marketing teams
  • Help design and iterate on scalable acquisition programs and playbooks

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience
  • Proven ability to drive pace and attack ambitious goals
  • Strong taste and intuition regarding content and creator quality
  • Empathetic communication skills suitable for engaging with high-level founders and experts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
