Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end brand development scopes to agreed timelines across hospitality advisory projects.
  • Conduct market research: market analysis, benchmarking, F&B trends, customer profiling, and market positioning.
  • Develop concepts: narratives, look and feel moodboards, OS&E, music direction, uniform direction, atmosphere direction, and experience planning.
  • Provide operational input where required and collaborate closely with design, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality deliverables and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience on large-scale, multi-faceted hospitality projects in Europe and the Middle East.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, and operations.
  • Comfortable running multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent supplier and vendor connections.
  • Solid F&B operations experience.
  • Highly creative with strong brand focus and attention to detail.
  • Deep awareness of current and emerging F&B trends and market movements.
  • Arabic speaker; Dubai-based hybrid availability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating hospitality brand development.
  • Experience across fine dining, cafes, pop-ups, and food halls.
  • Established UAE supplier and vendor network.
  • Exposure to music, uniform, and atmosphere direction.
  • Strong experience planning and guest journey mapping.
