Responsibilities

• Create faceless short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to drive massive reach for Studio AI
• Manage multiple accounts across different niches, handling posting rhythms, visual identity, and growth
• Develop high-engagement content using hooks, memes, trending audio, and provocative angles
• Build and manage a network of reposters and remixers to scale content distribution
• Test content formats constantly, doubling down on high-performing styles and killing underperforming ones

Requirements

• Proven track record of building faceless accounts from zero to 50K+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
• Ability to produce content rapidly (idea to post in under 20 minutes) using CapCut or equivalent tools
• Deep understanding of platform hooks, engagement triggers, and viral mechanics
• Proficiency in tracking platform analytics and attribution to measure impact on Studio AI growth
• Ability to turn successful content into repeatable, scalable formats

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing reposter/remix networks via Discord, Whop, or Telegram
• Knowledge of scaling distribution while navigating platform detection of coordinated activity
