Facilitator/Coach

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality professional learning and instructional coaching to educators and school leaders
• Facilitate virtual and in-person professional development sessions
• Conduct 1:1 and group coaching feedback cycles
• Support implementation of high-quality instructional materials and research-based practices
• Build collaborative relationships with educators and leaders
• Assist with data collection and reflection activities to strengthen instructional practice

Requirements

• Experience as an instructional facilitator or coach in education
• Ability to design and deliver professional learning for educators
• Comfort with virtual and in-person facilitation and coaching
• Familiarity with high-quality instructional materials and research-based practices
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
