Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility setup, payments, and reporting following the execution of new leases
• Partner with local market teams to support timely, successful center openings
• Resolve punch list items and maintain consistency in quality standards
• Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with technicians, vendors, contractors, and field teams
• Track and report on work orders to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Project Coordination, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities coordination, project coordination, or operations support
• Experience with facilities operations strategy across multi-site, multi-market portfolios
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and facilities/work-order management software
• Ability to work remotely with limited travel for site visits
