Responsibilities

• Teach existing modules or design new courses in specific subject areas
• Deliver modules via online, asynchronous, synchronous, or hybrid formats
• Maintain academic rigor aligned with ALU degree programs
• Engage with a Pan-African student body through various course lengths including boot camps, workshops, or full-length courses

Requirements

• Master's Degree or PhD Degree for Faculty roles
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Area of Specialization
• For Specialization Coaches: Master's Degree with 2 years experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience
• For Foundations Coaches: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to design short-term boot camps, medium-term workshops, or full-length courses
• Experience with online and hybrid teaching models
