Fertility Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care, education, and guidance to individuals and families regarding fertility and reproductive health
• Educate members on fertility assessments, treatment options, and the fertility journey
• Advise members on questions for in-person providers to bridge language or cultural gaps
• Support members in navigating clinic selection and facility guidance
• Capture encounter summary documentation in the MPractice management system
• Collaborate with the Care Delivery team for in-person referrals and follow-ups

Requirements

• Currently residing in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)
• Registered Nurse or Midwife with a valid practicing license in good standing
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or fertility/IVF
• Experience with assisted reproductive technologies (IVF, IUI, egg freezing) preferred
• Ability to commit approximately 2 hours per week as an independent contractor
• Comfortable delivering care via digital health platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional training in fertility, IVF, or reproductive health
• Prior telehealth experience
