Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support B2B clients by responding to daily phone calls and emails within established SLAs
  • Communicate with financial institution partners to address operational needs and resolve issues
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce for logging interactions, tracking issues, and documenting trends
  • Ensure compliance with Customer Identification Program (CIP) processing and regulatory requirements
  • Lead team initiatives through training, mentoring, and overseeing Quality Assurance processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of related experience
  • Experience supporting financial institutions (banks or credit unions preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly
  • Salesforce experience preferred
