Job description
Responsibilities
- Support B2B clients by responding to daily phone calls and emails within established SLAs
- Communicate with financial institution partners to address operational needs and resolve issues
- Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce for logging interactions, tracking issues, and documenting trends
- Ensure compliance with Customer Identification Program (CIP) processing and regulatory requirements
- Lead team initiatives through training, mentoring, and overseeing Quality Assurance processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Experience supporting financial institutions (banks or credit unions preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly
- Salesforce experience preferred
