Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional and district leaders to recruit qualified candidates for insurance and financial services agent opportunities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Appcast, and other platforms
  • Maintain high recruiting activity, including 25+ qualified candidate conversations per week
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance
  • Track and report recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring results
  • Collaborate with recruiting leadership, HR, and field management to ensure compliance and support hiring goals

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or sales
  • Proven success sourcing passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet specific hiring metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
