Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and partners to integrate Voltai’s hardware and design systems into their workflows
• Provide deep technical support and debug complex issues across software and hardware boundaries
• Translate customer requirements into feedback for design and product teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware design, simulation, or EDA tools
• Experience in customer support, debugging, and design validation
• Proficiency in schematic review, board-level analysis, and failure investigation
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
