About the Company

At CoLab, we help mechanical engineering teams bring life-changing products to market years sooner. CoLab is the AI platform for driving stronger engineering decisions, helping companies like Ford, Komatsu, and Johnson Controls catch issues earlier and eliminate rework cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Run a weekly call-review cadence, scoring recordings against frameworks and surfacing coaching priorities
  • Operate deal rooms for enterprise opportunities to diagnose stalling and coach AEs on next steps
  • Own the continuous learning calendar, including sessions on sales methodology and product updates
  • Build and maintain the sales mechanics playbook, including mutual action plans and discovery frameworks
  • Track AE performance trends and flag reps needing targeted coaching
  • Maintain credibility with reps through deep understanding of the live selling process

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of enterprise AE experience carrying quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales
  • Experience in frontline sales leadership, sales enablement, or coaching B2B sales teams
  • Strong coaching instinct to diagnose problems in live calls and coach 1:1 or in groups
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and conversation intelligence tools like Gong
  • Deep fluency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions for 20–50 reps
  • Analytical orientation for building scorecards and tracking performance trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background or degree in Mechanical Engineering, CAD systems, or PLM data architecture
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, Rattle, or Outreach
  • Experience using AI productivity tools like ChatGPT or Claude in workflows
  • Familiarity with Sandler, Challenger, or Command of the Message frameworks
  • Experience in rapid-growth B2B SaaS or manufacturing tech
