Field Engineer (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Perform technical support, installation, audit, assessment, and maintenance of Genetec systems remotely and on customer premises in the UAE.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for partner projects and customer engagements.
• Deploy, commission and troubleshoot security systems (video, access control, LPR) and related IT infrastructure.
• Document issues and resolutions in the trouble ticketing system and CRM; ensure timely escalation and follow-up.
• Provide guidance on upgrades, integrations, software implementation and change requests.
• Deliver reporting and technical recommendations as requested by Genetec and customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; share best practices and strategic advice.
