Job description
Responsibilities
- Own execution for a portfolio of Supabase events across sponsored, hosted, and developer community programs
- Evaluate event opportunities and recommend budget and time investments
- Manage sponsorship execution, vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables
- Coordinate production logistics including booth assets, shipping, signage, and swag
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, DevRel, Design, and Operations to align goals
- Support attendee communications, registration, and lead capture processes
- Track event performance and build repeatable playbooks to scale the program
Requirements
- 4-7+ years experience in event marketing or field marketing, B2B SaaS preferred
- Proven ability to run high-quality events end-to-end with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote/async collaboration
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
