Field Implementation Manager

ReSpark is a venture-backed SaaS company pioneering the future of the industrial scrap recycling industry. We serve over 1,200 metal recycling facilities around the world, providing an AI-first operations platform that modernizes end-to-end workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementations for new ReSpark customers
• Travel to scrap yards for in-person go-lives and training on a regular basis
• Become an expert on the ReSpark product and its use cases for recyclers
• Configure customer hardware such as IP cameras, scales, and printers
• Lead virtual and live end-user trainings during and after onboarding

Requirements

• 4+ years of success in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS training or support
• Experience with Windows operating system and remote desktop software
• Experience installing and setting up hardware (e.g., cameras, scales)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel approximately 30% to customer sites
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Fluency in Spanish
