Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Marketing and Executive Leaders to design and execute targeted marketing programs
• Research emerging trends in procurement, AI, and multi-channel campaign management
• Own end-to-end execution of events including tradeshows, leadership forums, and partner events
• Develop and maintain detailed event briefs and a repeatable event playbook
• Manage event swag strategy, sourcing, and distribution
• Manage budget planning, allocation, and tracking across multiple programs
• Manage lead capture and campaign tracking within HubSpot and Salesforce
• Negotiate sponsorship packages and vendor contracts

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or program management
• Proven success managing large-scale tradeshows and multi-channel marketing programs
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
• Experience managing and owning a budget, including multi-currency environments
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B tech
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Proficiency with AI and modern marketing tools
