Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an annual events calendar, including budgets, goals, and results.
  • Manage planning, coordination, and onsite logistics for field events in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
  • Keep track of and improve Mashgin’s event materials - including booth, demo kiosks, SWAG, and signage.
  • Partner with sales to keep track of results, analyze ROI, and inform future calendar decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in field marketing or other relevant experience
  • Elite organizational and project management skills
  • Prior experience managing a budget and tracking ROI
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience with basic marketing technologies (Hubspot, Figma, Webflow)
  • Experience with retail technology and/or Food Service Operators
