Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Installation and service support for Beckman Coulter equipment
• Providing authoritative support on the site and by telephone
• Maintaining professional relationship with the customers by providing technical user training to customers
• Supporting new products introduction
• Supporting Service team in all customers related activities
• Reporting service activities, entering and closing tasks in SMS
• Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar discipline
• 2+ years experience in medical equipment service and maintenance
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Croatian
• Computer skills in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Logical and creative thinking and problem-solving approach
• Developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems without supervisory approval
