Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair on designated equipment
• Complete Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instructions
• Order and manage repair parts cycle times
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records
• Communicate daily with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Calibrate and maintain tools and test equipment
• Ensure compliance with Health and Human Services and Environment Health and Safety regulatory requirements
• Manage vendor service delivery processes
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve customer service delivery issues
• Assist with contract renewals and revenue programs
• Train clinical staff on designated equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent military education
• Alternatively, an Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
• Or a High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience servicing electronic equipment
• Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment
• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma training or certification
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
