Field Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field service operations for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) equipment
• Plan and optimize field resources including engineers, tools, and manpower
• Monitor resource mobilization and demobilization according to project schedules
• Provide technical and operational support to field teams and resolve site issues
• Ensure compliance with EHSQ standards and company policies
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales teams
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage communications
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Coach and develop field personnel through performance management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 5–10 years of experience supervising work teams in the T&D industry
• General knowledge of Transmission & Distribution systems
• Knowledge of GIS, AIS+GCB, and Transformer equipment
• Knowledge of electrical regulations and financial metrics (costing & estimation)
• Knowledge of immigration processes for cross-border mobilization
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate in relevant local safety statutory & regulation
• Certificate in Project Management
• Proficiency in MS Project
