Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional and district leaders to recruit qualified candidates for insurance and financial services agent opportunities
  • Execute sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Appcast, and Wall Street Jobs
  • Maintain high recruiting activity, generating 25+ qualified candidate conversations per week
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance
  • Track and report recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and interview conversions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or sales industries preferred
  • Proven success sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
