Responsibilities
- Coach and support first-year teachers during their first year in the classroom
- Provide coaching and support through formal observations using the T-TESS model
- Mentor teacher candidates within your assigned region
Requirements
- Master's degree
- 3+ years of teaching or administrative experience
- Active teaching certification in the state of Texas
- Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes
- Current T-TESS appraiser certification (or willingness to complete training provided by 240)
