Figma to WordPress Landing Pages Developer

Responsibilities

• Convert Figma design files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to understand vision and requirements
• Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility
• Optimize site performance, load speed, and implement SEO best practices
• Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as needed
• Maintain a clean, modular, well-documented codebase
• Integrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic
• Perform regular site maintenance, updates, and improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years in WordPress development (custom themes)
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla + jQuery), and PHP
• Experience converting Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) designs to WordPress
• Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, WPBakery
• Proficient in responsive and mobile-first design
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility
• Knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page)
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively across remote teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tool integrations
• Knowledge of headless WordPress or modern JS frameworks (React, Next.js)
• Familiarity with security best practices and WordPress hardening
