Filipino Translation & Localization Specialist

Responsibilities

• Translate written materials including new releases, marketing materials, and support knowledge base articles
• Ensure high-quality localization for customer-facing literature
• Manage short-term and long-term projects effectively while reprioritizing workflow
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Filipino (written and verbal)
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Bachelor of Arts or equivalent degree
• Relevant prior gaming experience
• Experience with computer assisted translation tools (Crowdin, MemoQ, Memsource, SDL Trados, or Wordfast)
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Passion for PC or console gaming

Preferred Qualifications

• Emphasis in translation, localization, linguistics, or game design
• Experience in professional games and technical translation
• Familiarity with computer hardware, software development, or game design
• Familiarity with game distribution platforms
• Understanding of different game genres and gaming hardware
