Job description
Responsibilities
- Perform data collection and analysis from various systems and sources
- Prepare, issue, and post sales invoices and supplier invoices
- Create financial reports, timesheets, and customer reports as required
- Manage payment processes, including obtaining approvals and initiating bank transactions
- Conduct vendor, intercompany, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations
- Post journal entries and perform bank reconciliations
- Monitor and calculate rebates and manage mobile bill allocations
- Support communication and information collection for vendors, partners, and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Minimum of 3 years of total experience in accounting
- UAE National (Emiratis with Family book preferred)
- Proven experience working within Small to Medium Enterprises (SME)
- High proficiency in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
