Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue forecasting, incorporating complex variables and ensuring monthly accuracy
• Own long-range planning (LRP) and annual budgeting processes
• Manage monthly forecasting for topline revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Monitor performance vs. plan; identify root causes of variances and design remediation actions
• Build and maintain complex financial models across the P&L to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning
• Serve as a financial business partner to senior leaders; provide data-driven insights for strategy and investment decisions
• Prepare executive-ready presentations for Board, investors, and internal leadership
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Controllership, Finance Ops and Accounting to ensure data integrity
• Lead FP&A process, automation, and systems improvements to increase efficiency and insight

Requirements

• 10+ years
• Bachelor degree
• SaaS experience
• Revenue forecasting
• ASC 606
• Financial modeling
• FP&A expertise
• Executive communication
• Business partnering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth technology / SaaS environments
• Proven track record of forecast accuracy and scenario planning
• Hands-on experience preparing Board and investor reports
• Advanced Excel / modelling skills; familiarity with BI tools and FP&A systems
• Comfortable in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
