Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the monthly financial close processes
• Ensure all journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately
• Prepare the monthly financial reporting package for the leadership team
• Oversee daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and payroll processing
• Monitor daily cash balances, prepare cash flow projections, and optimize working capital
• Maintain a perpetual state of audit readiness and serve as primary contact for external auditors
• Evaluate finance department workflows and implement process improvements and automations
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and month-end close procedures
• Experience managing AP, AR, billing, and payroll functions
• Prior experience supporting or leading external audits
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
