Finance Manager of Finance Reporting and Tax

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Coordinate tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions and liaise with external tax advisers
• Manage tax compliance and reporting to ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns
• Develop and implement efficient financial workflows and procedures to optimize resource allocation
• Supervise general ledger management to ensure the integrity of financial records
• Partner with IT and finance teams to deliver system upgrades and process integrations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
