Responsibilities
- Facilitate quarterly forecasting, capital forecasting, and long-range financial model goals
- Lead monthly operating reviews and variance reporting
- Provide financial performance presentations to operational leadership
- Support financial acumen education for business units
- Lead implementation of financial management reporting tools
- Promote financial performance improvement initiatives
- Develop business plans and ROI financial models
- Mentor and lead other Finance Partners
- Coordinate project work and teams to ensure department goals are achieved
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 6 years of related work experience
