Finance & Strategy Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update performance datasets used by the team
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses
• Populate weekly business review templates with the latest performance data
• Analyze key metrics to highlight trends or anomalies
• Draft clear, fact-based commentary explaining performance drivers
• Track actual performance against targets or prior periods
• Investigate and explain key variances using data and business context
• Summarize findings for the Finance & Strategy and UAE Leadership teams

Requirements

• UAE National
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain variances
• Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving
• Clear and concise written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in finance, business, or data analysis
