Finance Transformation Associate/Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Gather data and information to understand current-state processes through client interviews and walkthroughs
• Analyze, optimize, and redesign end-to-end Finance processes and associated technologies
• Support the automation of Finance processes using RPA, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning
• Conduct research to provide value-adding recommendations for Finance policies and data standards
• Assist in determining digital Finance strategies and designing Finance Operating Models
• Support Managers and Partners in the development of business proposals
• Develop positive professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and counselors

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, with a preference for Finance or Accounting
• Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems and functionalities related to major Finance processes (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report)
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
