Financial Accounting

Responsibilities

• Own key components of the monthly close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Manage inter-company transactions and provide financial reporting support
• Help build and implement audit-ready processes to support IPO readiness
• Work directly with the Controller and broader Finance function to scale accounting operations across multiple entities and geographies

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle close, including flux analysis and variance commentary
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment
• Exposure to building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes
• CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or actively in progress)
• Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation
