Financial Analyst (Associate) - AI Enablement

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly business performance analysis, focusing on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability.
• Build and maintain financial models to improve visibility into margins, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Partner with the Lead Financial Analyst on planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Use AI tools to streamline recurring finance workflows, such as report preparation, variance analysis, and data reconciliation.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and redesign them using AI-assisted processes to improve scalability.
• Produce clear, decision-useful reporting outputs for finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate between Chinese and English contexts for documents, reporting discussions, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and profitability mechanics (P&L drivers, margins, cost behavior).
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivots, and structured analysis.
• Hands-on comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work (LLMs, copilots, AI assistants/agents).
• Native or near-native Mandarin Chinese and fluency in English.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in gaming, tech, fintech, or fast-scaling environments.
• Exposure to multi-entity finance environments involving both China and overseas entities.
• Familiarity with BI or dashboard tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Experience redesigning finance workflows or standardizing reporting metrics.
• A passion for mobile games.
