Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives within the Ophthalmology business unit
• Develop, maintain, and enhance budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans using forward-looking financial models
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers
• Review monthly KPIs and financial results versus forecast, delivering detailed variance analysis
• Partner with accounting to interpret financial results and connect outcomes to business performance
• Support monthly business unit review presentations for senior leadership
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis including de novo initiatives and refinancing scenarios

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Healthcare Management
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or operations analytics
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
