Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Track finances related to day-to-day budget execution
• Develop professional relationships with ISG stakeholders to understand needs
• Provide summaries of reconciled funds using Excel or other internal systems
• Utilize government and commercial tracking tools including DAI, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Support GCC CFR and G-TSCMIS budget estimation submissions
• Monitor program costs by country, engagement volume, duration, and activity
• Track program obligations, funds execution, purchases, MIPR, travel, and contractor expenses
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure contract coverage is funded for ICB efforts

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience with government accounting operations and policies
• Experience with Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) cycles
• Knowledge of fiscal law and DoD appropriations
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline (or Associate degree with 4 years experience)
• Current Secret Security clearance or ability to attain one prior to start
• Experience in finance and accounting compliance and budget forecasting
• Familiarity with Defense Agency Initiative (DAI) or similar systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with PC and Mac environments
