Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain incentive pay models for Sales and Post-Sales teams
• Track performance against plans and ensure data accuracy and clean documentation
• Own recurring compensation review cycles end-to-end, including data validation and attainment calculation
• Coordinate with external compensation consultants to manage systems and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound questions regarding pay, attainment, and plan mechanics
• Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis as plan needs evolve

Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, or a related analytical role
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex modeling and data structuring
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive compensation data
• Ability to communicate professionally when fielding questions from the field
