Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial statement variance analyses
• Contribute to rolling forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range projections
• Analyze and report on key SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, and retention
• Calculate monthly incentive compensation and sales bonuses
• Execute month- and quarter-end close activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity
• Identify and execute process improvements using AI to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (accounting or finance preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of GAAP and financial statements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional finance designation such as CPA or MBA
• Experience in SaaS or startup environments
• Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, or Aleph
• Experience using AI to automate workflows
• Proficiency in financial modeling and sensitivity analysis
